My Story
I am someone whose journey has been shaped by resilience and a commitment to personal growth. Over the years, I have navigated challenging and at times volatile environments, both personally and professionally. These experiences, including enduring difficult relationships and the toll they took on my wellbeing, led me to rely on anti-depressants for many years. However, my path transformed when I discovered Reiki—a healing practice that offered a holistic approach to wellness. Through Reiki, I found renewed balance, emotional clarity, and a sense of inner peace. The benefits I experienced include reduced stress, improved emotional health, and an enhanced capacity for self-awareness. These core values of healing, authenticity, and empowerment are at the center of what I offer on my site.
